Quick Fixes

These are some of my "must-haves." If you're including dairy in your diet, stay away from the low-fat, non-fat, or partial skim products: go full fat, baby! String cheese and Greek yogurt are a couple favs. If you're eating nuts or trail mix, stay away from "roasted" products-- because really-- do you know what they've been roasted in?! The "raw" variety are your best bet. I stir-up my own trail mix by combining almonds, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, Brazilian nuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, and OF COURSE dark chocolate.
